Because all items from Emma’s Prints are custom-made, please read this policy carefully.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom-made items are final sale.

This includes:
• Sublimation products
• DTF printed apparel
• Personalized items with names, text, or custom designs

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Spelling or personalization errors approved at checkout
• Color preferences or change of mind

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
• Include your order number

Approved issues will receive a replacement. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Color & Design Disclaimer

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Handmade and custom items may have minor variations, which are part of their unique nature and not considered defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
